10ten Autocare is a mobile service with work being carried out at your home or workplace. We require a safe place to plug our extension lead in for power and a safe place for a outdoor tap/water supply. We will not carry out any work on the side of a busy main road or a small tight road. If you have any issues please let us know before booking so we can sort out a solution. 

Sometimes things happen which we cannot control. 10ten Autocare reserve the right to cancel or rearrange your booking. It will be rearranged within 14 days of the original booking. If not, a full refund will be given.

If the interior is heavily soiled with mud, sand, mould, paint or anything that may effect the time it takes to complete. Additional charges will apply. Please let us know and provide a few photos prior to your booking if you have any of the above. 

We 10ten Autocare reserve the right to refuse a job upon arrival due to inaccurate description or the vehicles condition.

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.

We are not responsible if information made available on this site is not accurate, complete or current.
